THE PROPERTY
Situated in the hills above the Valldemossa-Deia coast road, the property is reached by a paved ‘camino’ or narrow road that winds through an ancient olive grove. The house features five double bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to ten guests.
There are two reception halls, one of which used to be an olive press room, or ‘tafona,’ along with a smaller living room equipped with a TV. The house also has an inglenook fireplace, perfect for the colder months, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals.
All the ground-floor bedrooms open onto a terrace with stunning sea views, offering access to the infinity pool—ideal for sunbathing, enjoying breakfast, or having sunset drinks while listening to the sound of sheep bells from the terraced hillside. The arched pergola with a BBQ area is perfect for shaded lunches or dinners outdoors. An ideal setting for nature lovers.
Location
The property is conveniently located just 30-40 minutes from Palma Airport. Car hire is essential for exploring the area, and there is parking available for up to two cars. Smaller vehicles are recommended for navigating the winding road leading up to the property.
Deia is a short 10-15 minute drive away. For those who enjoy walking, it’s possible to reach the village in about 35-45 minutes, or you can opt for a taxi if preferred.
Cala Deia is the easiest beach to access. This picturesque rocky cove, featuring two restaurants, is just a 15-20 minute drive from the property.

We offer one complimentary cleaning service for every 14 nights booked, with additional cleaning available at an extra cost. Gardener and pool cleaning services are included.
